We will issue a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. The returned item must be in the original box with all paperwork. A repackaging fee will apply if packing materials are not returned complete. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the sender, except we'll pay the shipping (by surface shipping) if we made a mistake, such as shipping the wrong item. Please note: shipping insurance doesn't cover damage caused by inadequate packing (including parts being damaged by contact with other parts inside the box).
